DUI with Commercial (Class A) driver license -- facing possible LIFETIME ban!

J.P. suffered a DUI with a commercial license, the circumstances meant the client faced a possible lifetime ban from driving commercial vehicles.  Client took both breath and blood tests; results were 0.12%.  Charges reduced to a "wet" reckless, won the Administrative Per Se hearing.  Client kept his commercial license and his job!
