DUI case -- .20 blood -- plus a Hit-and-Run

April 2014

Client arrested for a DUI and Hit-and-Run.  Initial blood results indicated a Blood Alcohol of .20 -- two-and-a-half times the legal limit!  Charges reduced to a "Wet Reckless" . . . AND won the Administrative Per Se hearing at the DMV, thus avoiding a suspension of the client's Driver License!
